These trousers are made up of two varying components. One is a durable fabric used on regions that need to be protected from rubbing. The other one is a long-lasting material used on areas that require protection from friction. This sturdy fabric is moderately stretchy, allowing for a lot of momentum, while the rest of the trousers are made of a light and breathable fabric (125 g/m2). The bottom wear comprises two hand compartments with zippers, one smartphone compartment within a zipped pocket on the right thigh. On the left thigh, there is one flap pocket and one back pocket with a zipper. There is an elastic tightening mechanism at the bottom of the leg for a proper fit of the trousers on the shoe. Water-repellent inserts (front of ankle, buttocks) on these trousers allow water to glide off the face of the fabric. However, it doesn't imply that it is waterproof. The water-repellent capability prevents these trousers from becoming too damp in a short span, but it won't keep you dry if it rains steadily. Gently drying these trekking pants on low heat for ten minutes can revive the water-repellent characteristics. Mass pigmentation procedures called "dope dyeing" to lessen our environmental impact are used on black trousers.
